Haha.. so my initial guess was right.. Khushi was a doctor and arnav was a business man

Khushi is a gaynacolgist n Anjali approached her for treatment to have a baby I think she should have told her husband abt her visit to the doctor but she hid it bcoz she didn’t wanted to give his family false hopes n that was the reason why Anjali looked familiar to Akash n khushi,I think Arnav also lied to her for some reasons just like she had her own but I really wanted Arnav to be a doctor but I think he is a businessman bcoz Akash did tell khushi that how come Arnav being a doctor is so rich.

woah, that was mind boggling twist...... but very convincing...... good that Kshitij was on visa........what if he comes back........she should've filed a case against him, that would've made the authorities deport him back asap......

The updates were nice. Anjali has been visiting doctors in NewYork and decided to keep it as a secret from family. The society still thinks the reason for not having a baby lies solely on the woman. Woman has to bear the brunt.

I am glad Khushi asked Shyam to get checked too! Great to know that Khushi is a gynaecologist that too a well respected one. Wasn't she earning good money?

Anjali's secret is out and so was Khushi's. Now, why did Arnav lie that he was a doctor?

Business man is very obvious. But is he one?
