And did observe when he caressed her hair and face how he stopped near her chin and was rubbing it with his finger... It was really hot and beautiful...

I just love how he observes her and does what will comfort her... When she was massaging his leg... He observed her and know that she is also tensed... That's why brought her near and hugged her....

I don't get NB ka logic... This is all to manipulate Minni to keep away from Neil.... She thinks that there is small issue for which Neil is getting divorced or she may be thinking is Minni and Neil love each other Neil is taking divorce....

You're right based on what we saw in season 1 but it was revealed beginning of season 2 that there were problems with the marriage. NB is the closest with Hanuman and she knew all his emotions. I'm not saying I don't agree with you in a way because two situations don't have to end the same. Perhaps Neil can throw away his past completely as his wife is terrible whereas Hanuman's wife was great but died to brain tumor. So we are rooting for Mineil but NB perspective is understandable through experience.
