कोरोना के संकट को देखते हुए प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने देश सम्पूर्ण लाक डाउन का आदेश दे दिया है। तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ कोरोना वायरस को रोकने के लिए विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (WHO) ने दुनिया भर के देशों को कहा है कि वो मेगाट्रायल यानी महा-परीक्षण करें।

WHO ने इन दवाइयों का परीक्षण करने को कहा

बता दें कि यह एक अच्छी खबर है कि ये महा-परीक्षण शुरू भी हो चुका है। इसके लिए WHO ने सभी देशों से इन चार सबसे कारगर दवाइयों का परीक्षण करने को कहा है। इन्हीं दवाइयों से अब तक लोग कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण से ठीक होते आए हैं। आइए जानते हैं कि ये दवाइयां कौन सी हैं।

WHO का मानना है कि इन्हीं चार दवाइयों में से कोई एक या किसी का मिश्रण लोगों के लिए वरदान साबित हो सकता है। इन चारों से मिलकर बनाई जाने वाली दवा ही कोरोना वायरस को हरा सकती है।

इन चार दवाइयों के साथ दुनिया भर के डॉक्टर दो अन्य दवाइयों पर भी ध्यान दे रहे हैं। इन दोनों दवाइयों को सार्स और मर्स के दौरान बनाया गया था। लेकिन इन दवाओं को वैश्विक स्तर पर अनुमति नहीं मिली थी।

WHO द्वारा बताई गई इन चार दवाओं से होगा ये कि जो लोग बेहद गंभीर हैं, वे जल्द ठीक होंगे। जो स्वास्थ्यकर्मी लगातार कोरोना मरीजों का इलाज कर रहे हैं, वो सुरक्षित रहेंगे। साथ ही जो लोग हल्के या मध्यम स्तर की बीमारी से ग्रसित हैं वो पूरी तरह से ठीक हो जाएंगे।

इनमें से पहली दवा है रेमडेसिवीर। इसे जिलीड साइंसेज ने इबोला के इलाज के लिए बनाया था। रेमडेसिवीर किसी भी वायरस के RNA को तोड़ देता है। इससे वायरस इंसान के शरीर में घुसकर नए वायरस पैदा नहीं कर पाता।

पहली दवा रेमडेसिवीर

इनमें से पहली दवा है रेमडेसिवीर। इसे जिलीड साइंसेज ने इबोला के इलाज के लिए बनाया था। रेमडेसिवीर किसी भी वायरस के RNA को तोड़ देता है। इससे वायरस इंसान के शरीर में घुसकर नए वायरस पैदा नहीं कर पाता।

दूसरी दवा- क्लोरोक्विन और हाइड्रोक्सीक्लोरोक्विन

इसके लिए अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने भी वकालत की थी। कहा था कि ये दवा गेम चेंजर हो सकती है। WHO की वैज्ञानिक समिति ने पहले इस दवा को खारिज कर दिया था।

13 मार्च 2020 को जेनेवा में हुई WHO की वैज्ञानिक समिति की बैठक में क्लोरोक्विन और हाइड्रोक्सीक्लोरोक्विन को महा-परीक्षण पर भेजने की बात कही गई। क्योंकि इस दवा को लेकर वैश्विक स्तर पर मांग आई थी।

क्लोरोक्विन और हाइड्रोक्सीक्लोरोक्विन दवा से इंसान के शरीर की उस कोशिका का अंदरूनी हिस्सा खत्म हो जाता है, जिसपर वायरस हमला करता है। इससे कोरोना वायरस के बाहरी सतह पर मौजूद प्रोटीन के कांटे बेकार हो जाते हैं। वायरस कमजोर हो जाता है।

तीसरी दवाएं- रिटोनावीर/लोपिनावीर

इन्हें कालेट्रा नाम से भी जाना जाता है। वर्ष 2000 में इसका उपयोग अमेरिका में सबसे ज्यादा HIV को रोकने के लिए किया गया था। ये दवा शरीर में बहुत तेजी से घुलती है।

हल्के स्तर के संक्रमण के लिए रिटोनावीर का उपयोग किया जाता है, जबकि अधिक संक्रमण हो तो लोपिनावीर का उपयोग होता है। ये दवाएं शरीर में वायरस के हमले वाले स्थान पर जाकर वायरस और इंसानी कोशिका के संबंध को तोड़ देती हैं।

रिटोनावीर/लोपिनावीर का कोरोना वायरस पर पहला ट्रायल चीन के वुहान में ही किया गया था। 199 मरीजों को हर दिन दो बार दो-दो गोलियां दी गईं। इनमें से कई मरीज मारे गए। लेकिन दवा का असर कुछ मरीजों में दिखाई दिया था। इसकी रिपोर्ट 15 मार्च 2020 को भी द न्यू इंग्लैंड जर्नल ऑफ मेडिसिन में प्रकाशित हुई थी।

चौथी दवा- रिटोनावीर/लोपिनावीर और इंटरफेरॉन-बीटा का मिश्रण

इस दवा का उपयोग सऊदी अरब में मिडिल ईस्ट रेस्पिरेटरी सिंड्रोम (MERS) महामारी के दौरान संक्रमित मरीजों पर किया गया था। इससे शरीर के ऊतक यानी टिश्यू को नुकसान पहुंचता है लेकिन वायरस का प्रभाव खत्म होने लगता है।

WHO के कहने पर कई देश जैसे अमेरिका, यूरोप में फ्रांस, स्पेन, अर्जेंटीना, ईरान, दक्षिण अफ्रीका, चीन, दक्षिण कोरिया आदि महा-परीक्षण में जुट गए हैं। उम्मीद जताई जा रही है कि इन्हीं दवाओं में से कोई दवा कोरोना वायरस का इलाज बनकर सामने आ जाए।

I do agree with you here. But realistically speaking, how many people actually take the initiative? There are many people who actually do help and even are helping others in need now, but there are still are so many people left out.

^ This is quite a known initiative, and hence I am sharing the link here ( cause too many NGOs turn out to be frauds). If anyone can/wants they can help out. But do research on your own about the initiative properly before doing so.

Some are donating money in government relief fund , by donating in government relief fund it will help people who don't food and money due to lock down

Govt can ask for donations.

Many ngo r fraud . Donations don't reach the people who need them actually .I too worked in an ngo but left after two months seeing their real way .

Big business houses ,rich class people must donate but don't know how many will do it willingly..

Still not heard any one donating to the govt

Yeah, a large number of NGOs turn out to be frauds. There is always the PM relief fund, but the government should ask for donations for this purpose, cause there might be a lot of people who would be willing to help out but do not know the way to do so.

About big corporations and all, the only thing I have heard is that the Mahindra group has started to manufacture ventilators to help out in the pandemic, not much idea about the others.

Yes govt must provide the guidelines for donation and food .

For state govt ..

I don't trust state govt of my Delhi..they only know to help a particular community ..

Thank god, and pray nature that this virus is not yet in air, food and water,. Or where you gonna plug g it and how long,..? Human should stop right now, all of its activities which, against da nature,.. If human being still continues it,.. Nature’s theory is pretty simple,… Human will starve for the existence and he will make Survival of the Fittest!
