They forgot the main essence of the story much before 260+ when they introduced leap. The Babes who had learned to fly was tied down with her dupatta.

@Bold That in a sentence is my issue. Not that they want this child molestation track to promote a good society message, but the fact that they are doing this to destroy the image that we have of Babes as a mother who could fight lions if it meant protecting her child. She was sehensheelta ki murat only when accusations were made on her, not when it came to her baby.

Also as for Khurannas and Khatris being awarded for best people ever..I loved the episode right before her wedding to Hanuman when Babes finally told them off for not just intruding into her new life but feeling entitled to Mini (just because of blood relations). You cannot just say stuff like a mom would discard her child because of a second marriage, because she was the first one to sense and tried to make her new relationships work too. For her, Hanuman and Mini were her everything on this planet.
