Kerala has responded the best in terms of all the Indian states, no doubt. But the time is for adopting those measures, not quabbling over political ideologies. That is what I think. You can differ in your opinion.

Before the OCI/Visa restriction, Airport authorities were only checking body temperature of people.

There were hundreds of people in the line and no one can escape or run from authorities.

Checking just body temperature basically doesn't help until and unless you are having symptoms.

On US airports as well they can't do much tests.
