I saw a grocery store in my area which put on a printout only 1 bag of rice per buyer..that makes sense.

People are not buying in reasonable quantity though, it is only causing lower middle class and below people trouble since affluent people are buying huge stocks.

It is okay buy a week or 10 days stock not month or two months.

That's the difference. Hoard Karo but reasonably Karo. And grocery stores can be little reasonable by placing limitations. But India hai umeed nhi Kar sakte.

I usually buy 5kg flour pack is bar do le liye that's it. Ab pata nahi wo Kitne weeks ya month chalta hai.

Then you're okay. You can just go to the market/shop for one day in the week at an less crowded hour and get the additionals. Online bhi order kar sakte ho. Other than essentials more things are still in stock online.
