Yes because komo thinks sneha died in fire..right now if anyone can know about sneha is anurag..it will be not so impactfull if they show that sister just taking care of sneh. She should have tried contacting komolika who handed her over to her...but mayebe anurag reached that lady and asked to take good care of sneha..but he hasn’t met her in these years as not to give komolika any clue. He knew prerna is alive but screamed her name in sleep..likewise I feel anurag knows sneha is alive but can’t meet her.
