The problem here is not that Prerna does not know business, or that she is boasting about something that she has not really done. The problem here is that these things are being conveyed to the audience when the effort of the CVS is to show the opposite of it. Same goes for the 'unusual' love , grief and sacrifice of someone. Very...very...very poor execution.. A golden opportunity is being wasted ,and I am not even surprised because it's just history (and mistakes) of RB phase1 repeating itself.
