The body initiate an immune response when external organisms like virus enters your body and start attacking your cells by reproducing....one response is inflammatory response(helping foreign substances to isolate from further contact with body tissues) ...anti- inflammatory drugs may suppress the inflammatory response produced by the body....I think that’s why they are advising to not take anti-inflammatory drugs in order to not hinder your immune response against the virus....there is conflicting opinions regarding this advice among doctors....some ppl they need to take anti-inflammatory drugs for other illness so if ppl stop taking it may also result in dangerous situation...follow your doctors advice and your body response...here this is sold on the brand name Advil mostly.
