Episode begins with Komo fuming at Niv ..questioning if she was implying that Komo was Pre’s next target ??Niv advises her to wait n watch ..

Komo taunts back ...Niv had no business sense ..they had no time to wait n watch ..their company was running into losses .. they had lost their land to Pre in the auction !! Now they might lose their business too if they did not act fast !!...

Komo taunts Niv about her poor performance as CEO of Basu industries.

Niv asks what was bothering Komo more ... what was going to be Pre’s next move ?? Or that Pre defeated them at land auction ??

Komo gets infuriated ... she orders Niv to stop coming to office hence forth ..Niv will now assist Debu da in kitchen ....Niv is shocked ...

Komo goes away ...Niv complains to Moh that BI was started by her father ...it belonged to them ...but this Komo was treating them like servants ..Tapur n Moh are rendered speechless .. Niv states Komo could not treat them like this !!Moh reminds Niv what all Komo had done for all of them .. when Mol was critically ill , he needed blood urgently to save his life ..that time Komo had come forward n saved Mol’s life by donating blood .

FB of mol in hosp ..with worried Moh near him is shown ..doc asking for blood urgently ..Komo offering to donate hers as their blood gps matched ....FB ends

Niv says 7 yrs back she had helped them ..saved Baba’s life .. then she started helping them in business and gradually took over their business . Moh adds that Komo should never have made Niv the head chef !!.. Moh says they are indebted to Komo for all the help she had offered for Basu family . Rakhee think she better not take any panga with Komo lest she send her off to the kitchen as chef . Tapur agrees with Rakhee they better beware of Komo ..

Tapur fears what Komo might do to Anu

Komo reaches bedroom fuming with fury at Niv for showing attitude .. and Anu never said anything to her !! Watches Anu sleeping n taunts Him for that ..she wakes him up rudely ..

Anu wakes up and she demands he massage her aching head .. Anu jokes with her .. Komo is not amused ..she asks him not to joke with her until she settled scores with Pre . Anu smiles and agrees ...

Komo calls up Ron ..passes him orders .... she tells Anu that he never appreciated her love or her business management ... but she was doing all she could today for their business . and the plan would be executed by Ron

Anu asks what plan ?? Komo says .”defeating Pre “

Anu claps in appreciation .

Next scene Pre is in the car with Kukki driving ...and Pre is praising husband Baj... he was a nice guy despite the fact he spoke very little n never expressed himself ... Kukki says she knew dad was the best .. he never allowed her to shower love on him nor did he display his affection on her . Today she was missing classes to be with dad ...see him off at airport .. kukki complains Dad used to love her so much in childhood but he did not any more .

Pre reassures he loved her as much even now .. but Kukki says he left with out proper good bye to her .....he didn’t let her hug him .. Pre explains Baj does not open up easily .. he can’t express himself easily but he loved Kukki lots ..
Kukki says Pre was taking Daddy’s side but Kukki felt something had changed n it was taking dad away from her ..

Pre notices Veena on the road ..She asks Kukki to stop the car n wait ....Pre follows Vee and wonders what maa was doing in this area ..

Vee reaches home n calls out for Kajal .. asks her younger son Mahesh (new actor ) to rest as he was having fever but he insists on relieving maa of her heavy bags ... Shivi comes n asks Mahesh to explain to his wife ... Kajal asks Vee if she had given any of her sarees to Suman bhabhi.. Pre reaches there ..she over hears Vee telling Kajal that Suman was going to her maika with shekhar after many years , she was asking for new saree ..so she lent her one of Kajal’s sarees as their financial state was not hidden from any one .. devrani jethani would have to share .. suman would return the saree she assures ...Kajal agrees ..

Pre gets teary eyed as Vee n Kajal discuss the depleted food supplies at home n Vee suggests they do without it ..they had no source of income .. their bangles were already mortgaged ..

Pre knocks at their door .. Vee is pleasantly surprised , hugs Preu .. Shivi gets emotional n hugs Di tightly ..

Pre informs Vee she had gone looking for them at their old house but she had no idea they lived here in this state .Vee states they had sold their house .. introduces bahu Kajal to badi Nanad Preu di ...

Kajal regrets tea leaves had finished or she would have made tea for her . Pre declines her offer .. Kajal talks about their poor financial state but Shivi n Vee try to hide their situation .. Kajal says Pre was their own family member so why hide from her !!

Pre asks them to come n live with her . Vee refuses to live in Baj’s house .nor accept his money

Pre is shocked .

Ron enters BB .. Komo n Ron chat .. Moh and Niv watch them ... Komo asks Moh to get those rasgulley she had prepared .. Moh meekly agrees .. then returns with a tray .. offers to Komo

Komo asks Niv to come n meet Ron .. he was no criminal ..

Komo declares Henceforth Ron would be the CEO of BI
Niv n Rakhee are shocked .. Komo asks them to congranulate her bro .. KomRon hug .. the ladies congratulate Ron .. Ron is in disbelief n thanks every one specially his Komo di for trusting him with this responsibility.. he promises he will never let Komo regret her decision n make her feeel proud always ..

Komo states that he had only one job .. to prove himself fit for the position n fail all Pre’s plans .. Komo wants to have their dream project of Basu city back . Ron assures he will come up with a plan in one hr .. Komo offers him to go take 2 hrs ...take a look at the plan upstairs , think coolly ..

Moh is all smiles ..but Niv feels very upset ..Kom explains they had to think n act outside the box to regain control . Asks Niv to perform nicely be it CEO or head chef !! Komo was not bothered if Niv was jealous of Ron .. reminding Niv to don the chef’s hat henceforth .. adding she will look cute in it .. Niv accuses Moh is finding Komo funny but Niv was not .. she was hurt .. Niv goes away teary eyed .. Moh says Kom was just teasing Niv ..

Pre tells Sharma family how she owned houses at London n three companies ..were all result of her own hard work ..

Niv lashes out at Pre on the phone .. for snatching their Land at auction and this resulted in Niv losing her post of CEO at BI

Pre then learns Ron was the new CEO .. was Pre dreaming of taking over BI ??

She decides it was the right time to attack all three would fall in one go

In his room Anu is staring at AnuPre foto and smiles as he states he was ready to face Pre .. Pre says to herself .. Anu was always first for her ..and even now it was Anu first to face her first blow ..
