It's actually intriguing, only issue, they gace made Manvi look so human, ki you can't believe anyone wants revenge from her and if it's from Maya that he wants revenge, he has to be in her recent past, say 5 years, becuase 10 years then it doesn't give Manvi time to recover

I was thinking that Manvi lost memory for some time and when she regained memory she discovered herself as Maya! She got her mom back after 7 long years as was shown in the flashback when the doctor in the asylum mentioned Nandini had been there for 7 years! So it made sense in my head that Manvi lost her memory bug once she regained it, she remembered everything and got her mom back as well and planned to seek her revenge
