I am not able to find the exact tweet where Salil said that repeats don’t add to main slot’s TRP. But here you go, someone else also concurs that he did say it.

Of course BARC does measure ratings of repeats as well. I was saying that that repeat’s ratings don’t get added to main slot’s ratings.
