Yup. Ekta's FLs are natural sympathy gainers for their strong characterization from the start. Here even that is taken away due to morality restrictions and 'what if that puts the ML at a disadvantage' restrictions. Karein bhi toh kya.

A mother returning to avenge the death of her 2 days old baby and they tried shifting sympathy in the first two days. Now the FL will look like a fool taking her revenge 😆

I dont want the thread to get closed by bringing in other serials. But chalo..one reference. The fl there still loves the ml bec they spent 30 episodes in building up a base to this one action of the ml . And another 30 on his guilt. Not a single fan of his praised him for it .

Ultimately there is nothing like right and wrong . And actions should not be judged by the intention but by its consequences. Pre forgave bajaj for the blackmail deal , if she forgives anurag too , his sins will be washed away but that..we will see 😆

Two , it's not anurag who saved her by sending her away from komo. Its bajaj. If the divers saved pre , she would still come.bk to anurag only and question him, making it obvious that she is alive and the game would have started again ..of blackmail , court and punishment ..... But pre hardly mentioned this..she feels betrayed along with that she holds him responsible for snehas death . Or disappearance. Even if he has held sneha safely somewhere he is as much guilty , when he knew pre is alive , he could have made arrangements to unite them. If dia is sneha its preposterous as sneha calls "komo" her mother. N she is never safe around komo like pre was.

In this serial neither the ml nor the fl deserve the pedestal. They are not worthy . It's because of the horrible writing that none are loved n idc about their moral stands either..none is justified . They may be flawed but irritatingly flawed , where a layman can also say there was an easy way out , the leads decide for the worst . The ml is deep down in the pits and no co.parison can make him look good right now.

You see-Even if ML attempts to murder FL to save her(oh the logic), he’s still the true love/soulmate and she should stick to him only. Coz uski majboori ko kyu Koyi nh samajta😭

Of course the one who respects her, gave new purpose to live, will always be a villain. Because he did what ML couldn’t do.

And what’s redemption? Character arc? We don’t know coz KZK 2 soulmates never got one 😛

People who never took a stand when prerna was/is trashed for not reciprocating to bajaj, in turn have their own expectations from her then it's obvious hypocrisy of them for calling out others.

During the Bajaj track, I was very adamant that if Prerna wanted to leave the marriage she should be able to but she never tried herself. It was Bajaj who gave her the divorce.

NOBODY sympathised with Bajaj when he gave that marriage deal. He entered the show, nobody had put him on a pedestal. We knew he would do some ‘grey’ acts. That’s what was expected from MR.BAJAJ.

Prerna 100% would not have been able to get away with being cozy with Bajaj, sleeping with him, having a kid with him. Forget sympathy for being blackmailed, she was called all sorts of names for every little thing she did.

What baffles me is how there is a defence for Anurag for everything he does. Which goes back to the point of the topic. The ML can push the FL off, he can have sex with the vamp, have a kid with her but still be sympathised with because he’s living ‘in pain’ but Prerna, despite only showing respect and humanity to Bajaj in their first marriage got so much slack.

p.s. I’m not one of the people who thought she was having an EMA in the previous Bajaj track. What I wanted her to do is stand up and say that I’m walking away which she never did. You can’t control who you love so I can’t hold that against her especially when it was a deal marriage.

If pre did with bajaj, what anurag did with komo, anupre love will be "tainted" ..😆 Bec moving on is not allowed for both of them . Anurag can move on with komo but not pre with bajaj😆 phir wo right of choice, strong woman , self respect , she will be devoid of all the titles by one side but ironically she will get all these titles by the othrt..😆
