Actually I felt Ananya was trying to revenge MayRa because Rudra left her at the altar.. she has no other agenda in helping aditya..

Todays episode was for womens day and it dint make sense also to push in MayRa.. from tomo it will fall back in place again

she just needs to prove that there is something wrong in maya so rudra leaves her and comes back to her..no other agenda... just jealousy..😆
