After watching the latest episode I felt like I wasted my time, coz it is more about Husne Jahan's story more than any other character. I hoped for a meaningfull lovestory between Momin and Momina where religion makes them come closer , but I was wrong. Sometimes when you have high expectations from a drama you get a gr8 disappointment, and this is how I feel. 😒

all the characters are spiritual...it just requires a lot of concentration to understand it

I liked few episodes, Specially that had more of dada and momin ...dada and momin were my favourite characters of the show

I really wanted to see more of momin and momina and as you said 'a spiritual connection' between them

Sajal and Hamza share a great chemistry but the story focus was on husn e jahan!

I don't know , but I don't feel it.

When I watched Main Abdulqadir Hoon there were many times I had goosebumps watching many scenes.. the same happened when I watched KAM and even Seerat and Munafiq. But here..I just couldn't feel it. Only Dada Abdulaala said few strong lines which were connected with me. Taha and Husn E Jahan always looked like they loved eachother more than losing themselves in ishq e ilahi. Momin and Momina are far from what I think of spiritual individuals.😳

Yes. Their convos were meaningfull but breachy. 🥱

But sadly we get very few of their scenes. And he looked smitten by her only because she reminds him of his mother's beauty.😒

i think since umera couldnt dramatize peer e kamil she tried to create something similar to it

Do you see similarities between Alif and Peer E Kamil novel?😲

No but the concept is similar where momin like salar was drifted away from Islam and now coming closer to it through momina (like imama taught salar)

But Momina had no hand in Momin's transition . It is his dada who kept reminding him of Allah. After his dada's death and the response he got after he annonced Alif .. seeing how ppl went against him, Momin turned to Allah. Momina only helped him going on with making this movie by accepting to do lead role.

What superlative concentration does it require to grasp the spirituality I don’t know but I agree with Awida....I don’t know if its hidden in Sajal’s spooky gaze/ loaded dialogs and Hamza’s confused looks...

i find all scenes boring except sajal ones
