Today I made tea with ginger n turmeric (not powder d root itself ) ...added honey for sweetness
Tried butterfly pea flower tea ... That blue colour stains d teeth ...I m drinking in one gulp after it becomes cold ... seriously ... 🤣
Next tried new hair oil ..... Mixed one cup coconut oil and one cup olive oil and added Alkanet root crumbled in it ...kept under sunlight for three days and using it now .....
These days doing eye washes once I wake up
It gives good feel and feeling fresh .... And splashing water at regular intervals while using mobile /Laptop
And having one spoon of organic ghee on empty stomach and followed by hot water...mom says it's good for health 😲 that's d only way I can ve ghee ...I dislike to add ghee in foods other than sweets 😆
Having seasonal fruits especially oranges :P
Evening walk ...using treadmill though :P I m scared of homeless pets 🤣
And then evening porridge ... Green gram sprouts , with nuts like Cashew , pista and almond
Actually it's made in water only ... Doc recommend for Mom and she makes one glass extra for me as I don drink milk , tea , coffee n all ... 🤣
I quit black coffee , black tea and fresh cream pastries like black forest , red velvet , while forest , blueberry n all 😭😭😭
As usual all efforts going waste ...I cant stop munching snacks in evening time 🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭...
I should learn to control ..... everything seems to be fine till evening ... Don know wat happens I feel super hungry in evening time 😲
Had last slice of icecream cake , had honey and Almond flavoured cornflakes / chocos for breakfast today and some days as evening snacks
Will have Bhoondi and thattai after some time 🤣🤣🤣 credit goes to my Dad who found yummy shop nearby
And ya having 1/2tsp of false Daisy / Bhringraj
With hot water after breakfast .... Its good for hair , liver and eyes :P
And Vilva juice for digestion at times ...not regularly though ....
