The whole narrative is that sana was relucting in initial weeks but slowly as week goes and the pressure she gets from channel she realizes and starts taking interest.I m sure sana knew what gautam will say ..just going with the plot ..as she said in her interviews in 3-4 weeks she will know what was her relation with Siddharth so she realizes and moves ahead to find her true partner .That is actually what MSK is.
