good i thought he was going the Akshay Kumar route and was becoming a bhakt

I liked Kaithi however more than the hero's Karthi's role I loved the students track who were trapped and surrounded by all the Gunda's and how they fight back.

Karthi's role was just run of the mill character.

I hope they do not ruin the original though and add unnecessary add ons like heroine and too many songs etc
