I think the promo Foreshadows that alone, maybe her pregnancy reports or maybe he will sya she was with a man before.

And only Rishi knew that she was hurt in physical relationships before, becuase she never spoke of it to Rudra, so maybe Rudra will feel hurt about not knowing such an important detail (though past relationships, even physical, shouldn't matter to a guy like Rudra)
