There was anger for keval, concern for mini and hurt that he was not called mini was shocked not sure if this time she will say sorry or give a reason without that does not hurt him.

Yes she maybe she was feeling guilty about not telling Neil about this, they have formed an unsaid relation with each other with full rights.
