Guys I am going to share something that the very traditional and a bit orthodox side of me thinks .

I endorse sana's father being vocal about sidharth . As a father he needs to keep that pressure on sidharth .

They belong to a very traditional sikh family .

Sid and sana were shown to be very close in BB . They shared a bed . And although sana was the one willingly clinging to him , but he was game too .

ANd in a othodox society of north india , People would expect at least a serious relationship to happen if not marraige .

Else it will all look very frivolous in hind site and will not reflect good on shehnaaz .

SO as a father he will keep that mental pressure on him. In my POV its justified .
