Even after all the surgeries Mahira S looks like this.

Where as MK is graceful and beautiful. MS can never compete with MK either in looks, acting or behaviour

Mahira Khan is graceful which Sharma isn't.

For some reason I never found MK that beautiful as opposed to everyone else but yes she has very striking looks.MK comes across as very classy in her demeanor, she's way above Mahira Sharma's league.

I ain't too familiar with pakistani artistes but I have seen some of Mahira Khan's interviews and clippings, girl is really well spoken and groomed she knows how to carry herself and speaks v eloquently. No comparison between them two.

don't make me hate mahira khan no way she isint even close to her I can't even stand mahira s I wish she gets elimnate atleast the last 2 will be worth watching bb. hate her.

may be for accent and to some extent face wise- yeah they kinda look similar

Physically they have a similarity; both lean and tall; have a similar kind of face structure. But features are different.

personalities are different due to age gap and both has a similar kind of temper.

yes there are similarities but there is a generational gap.
