Shukla will never even see beyond the wall of his ego - let alone cross it to introspection, remorse and bettering oneself. Having such flaws doesn’t in and of itself make someone a POS - it’s how one perceives and deals with them that makes the difference.

and if someone were to point Shukla's flaws to him, he would snap or pounce at them like he did with Arti...good think they will treat guys and girls alike (silver lining?!)
