I am waiting for the time when Maya stops cringing away in fear from Mrityunjay. It just gives Mrityunjay power over her which he relishes so much. More than destroying Mrityunjay right now it is important to destroy the fear that seizes her whenever Mrityunjay is around.
What is the point of becoming Maya Jaisingh, then? What is the point of this 10-year wait then? Mrityunjay can clearly sense her discomfort with his close proximity and he is relishing it.
She needs to bring out the Maya Jaisingh who confused the hell out of Rudra and charmed and killed Rishi. She needs to do the same to him as he did to her. She needs to be the enigma and mystery she was to Rudra, to confuse Mrityunjay so much that he loses himself in her mayajaal. She needs to trigger that beast living inside him who relished challenges and defeat him at his own game.

Its not about any gentleman. It is about the Roy gentlemen - Mrityunjay, Rishi, Rudra. Rudra has earned that position in her life, that his touch makes her feel pure and not polluted. She had the same problem with Rishi, which she is having with Mrityunjay.

Maya is his pride and he flaunts it before the world like that. This is what will trigger Mrityunjay's obsession from trying to remove her from his son's life to try to possess her as a trophy for his toxic shitty ego - Mrityunjay kisi cheez ka ya kisika lihaaz nahi karega, and it will spell doom for him and his prized toli.
