I want this too.. his own controlling obsession and ego will bring his downfall.. even Mahishasur was represented to be someone who had a demonic evil inside and he could change his persona from outside.. just like MJ has similar characteristics.. and he always thought a woman could not do anything to him.. same as MJ doesnt take women as equals..and that's what brought his downfall too.. I think something will happen in the party to start triggering Rudra.. till now he hasn't reacted to anything though he does feel something not right..

I agree Namrata. Mrityunjay has not seen the passion and obsession Rudra and Maya have for each other. And the thing is that it is the purest and natural form of love which Mrityunjay will never understand.

Wedding vows to puri hongi hi. Mrityunjay will always try to hurt Maya, but Rudra will unintentionally always protect her from him. In fact, the closer MayRa get, the more Mrityunjay will crash and burn. MayRa and Maya are going to unravel Mrityunjay.

Please L, you are talking like Mrityunjay will go all berserk as Shahrukh went in Anjaam. As I have mentioned, Mrityunjay is Maya Mehrotra at his worst. He is like what Maya in S1 told her mom, "Pyaar ussi se karo jisse control kar sako, jab pyaar aapko control karne lage, to usse barbaad kar do." As you pointed out Mrityunjay's love means controlling them, and if he can't he will destroy them. He has done it with Manvi. But this time it will be the other way round. Manvi's 'NO' destroyed her. But Maya's 'NO' will destroy Mrityunjay.

Woh sabko control kar sakta hai, and to some extent Rudra ko kar raha hai. But Maya ko control nahi kar sakta. Maya hai woh, an enigma hard to understand and a sanak hard to control. So crashing and burning Mrityunjay ki kismat me likha hai. He will be tortured in his own temptation. His own obsession will drive him off the edge. He will destroy everything he owns by his own hands. He will meet his end as Maya Mehrotra did.

I think what she means is that Mrityunjay will try his games again that he did with Manvi to eliminate her the same way he did before. But that was Manvi, and this is Maya. Maya not submitting to him and continuously challenging him will trigger another obsession in him, which will cause his downfall. He is Mahishasur after all. But anyway, Mahesh aur Mahish ka jo antar hai na, wohi antar Mrityunjay aur Rudra ka hai. Maya will never go to Mrityunjay, and Mrityunjay will never be able to possess her. He will cause the ruin of his own Lanka.

Before anything else,MJ is an egoist. His ego plays an important role in deciding the course of his actions. MJ may not have loved Manvi but he saw her as his possession.A possession which was his to use and throw away. I have a feeling that watching Maya living happily under his roof with his son and rubbing it on his face will wound his ego terribly.Once he realises that she is not the same Manvi who belonged to him but Maya who despises him and is in love with his son,it will drive him crazy and bring out the monster within him which is lying dormant.He will seek to possess Maya and own her.As you once said,he is capable of turning into Maya Mehrotra at her worst.
