Will Trisha get justice?

Lav and Kush remind me of Nirbhya's culprits. I was appalled by the excuses made by their lawyers that they were juvenile etc.

I don't want Lav Kush escaping the law with just a 2 minute apology just because they are Goyenkas. I don't know where are they heading. I have tried to chalk out few possibilities-

Naira filing a case against Lav Kush and fighting for Trisha. Kartik trying to save Lav Kush. The whole G clan against Naira. Lav Kush arrested but get clean chit in the end. And cvz blame it all on Abhishek proving Lav kush innocent and giving our blood a good boil. Naira seeking an apology from all.

Naira filing a case against Lav Kush, and Kush attempts suicide. And it's Naira versus Giyenkas. Naira exits Goyenkas leaving Kaurav with Karthik who turns out to become a spoilt brat.

Naira shooting Lav or Kush.

Surekha herself filing a case against Lav and Kush.

Rift between Kaira but they keep on staying together. Both independent post leap, but no love left between and no bitterness.

I don't want to watch Lav Kush spared by law. They will have to disseminate a strong message otherwise it would be highly insensitive on the part of cvz.

I see Kaira moving out of GV post Luv Kush being arrested for a couple of years. Kaira won’t separate literally a month after they married for the third time. Kartik currently supporting LuKu seems to be a build-up towards would he or would he not support Naira against his family. Ultimately, he will side with Trisha and fight his family for the sake of justice.

That’s how I see the track the unfolding, however, after Mihir Kapoor’s track everything seems possible in this show, even the male lead, who once got his uncle arrested for being a sexual predator, going against his wife to support his spoilt brothers.

I see naira leaving house while carrying child...may be kairav will prefer to live his papa's big house.He might be spoilt..

Well these writers decided to let the physical abuse just be bullying and assault....where Trisha was pushed around and hurt but not raped ..so they conveniently did not let it be a rape and also they let Trisha survive. And sadly I think this is because they won’t let luv kush go to jail...They do not understand that what luv kush did to Trisha is bad enough for them to get some legal punishment . These writers have no guts ...if they wanted to tackle a social issue ...they could have done it properly. The movie Damini is regarded as one of the greatest movies that Bollywood has dished out regarding the social issue of rape...nirbhay’s story was similar to what happened in Damini....it was a gang rape and the victim died in hospital later. And in the movie Damini the culprits got their deserving punishment ...so they could have done the same here in yrkkh. Let’s see how luv kush are punished here ...maybe they’ll get a lecture from naira and karthik and reform their ways 😂

Even the actress said in her latest interview that it was mostly Abishek’s plan and execution and LuKu just followed him. As per her, the social message is that children should stick to their family’s upbringing and not do things to prove a point to their friends.

If that’s the case, LuKu won’t be severely punished, maybe just a few months of imprisonment?
Also the reporter said that Kartik will be finding out soon about LuKu’s involvement and he will confront them about the same but Naira won’t know about it for a while. Let’s see if Kartik will protect them or stand by justice.

Luv kush are not some robots who blindly follows their friend...and they were the ones who started harassing Trisha . I’d be severely Disappointed if the writers don’t let luv kush get any legal punishment and it would be a total wrong message that’s sent out. Tbh, and I might sound a bit insensitive here, but idc about what happens in this track going forward, I mean the message that is sent out. The execution and the portrayal is so damn bad that I am feeling nothing for the victim or the assaulters. They should just wrap this track ASAP by showing that LuKu got punished (whatever that is) and Trisha is sent back to Rishikesh. I am least interested in watching Naira take Damini’s avatar as is being reported by the media portals. Haven’t watched the movie but apparently the character fought for justice by going against her own family.
I don’t have to watch an Indian soap to get a social message. A show where religion, law, medicine everything has been mocked time and again. I watch the show for entertainment, not to get life lessons because let’s be honest, rarely the cvs are able to pull such tracks off.
Kaira need to take a goddamn break from social service and running a human rights organisation and focus on their son who’s being bullied. It’s stupid that both have been so involved in Trisha that they even forgot to look at their child who’s hiding behind sofas because of his fears. I would rather watch Kaira being better parents to Kairav than shouting at a paralysed girl to name her abusers, as if she would even know their name (if they were strangers).

Goenkas might seem insensitive but Kaira should at least have bit of a regard to what everyone in the family is saying. What’s with being this stubborn and completely overlooking other’s POV? That’s the one thing I don’t like about Naira. She can be too stubborn, not paying heed to literally anyone. If everyone is of the opinion that Trisha should be moved to a better hospital, how difficult it is to spare it a thought? If the family is scared of media scrutiny, why can’t Kaira at least understand their perspective rather than treating their opinion as trash? Again, not saying Goenkas are right, but if you live in a joint family, you can’t just have your way without consulting others and then expect everyone to be okay with your decision.
I am sure the episodes will get more unbearable as the track proceeds.
