Cena's management must be running these accounts.....Asim recently had a 15 million trend which created a lot of buzz

he has trended worldwide as well ...plus we know that he has done modelling for international brands as well

So , the hype has been massive .... Cena has followed Asim fans on twitter as well !

So, it is quite possible that coz of the hype his team posted Asim's pic ...His account basically is used for posting pics without captions....SRK, Gullyboy etc. have also featured on his account in the past

or maybe he really watches Bigg BOSS 🤣

Or maybe the one who handles his account is AN ASIM FAN ! 😆
