Question is who is funding these criminals to fight a case in Supreme court for so long? What about the audacious claim made by lawyer that rapists will never be hanged means he is well aware of all the loopholes!! I The law change done by Kejriwal govt to hang all the criminals of a single case together is a blunder!!
