I guess that person should either confide in someone close to him/her about everything that he is feeling about, special about why he/she is feeling like it. And without any doubt take help from counselors. They knows best.

I am not sure how good this website is but ask your friend to try this for initiation. One must try to talk it out, everything that bother them superficially and deeply.

Hey. Talk to someone. Open up. If possible,to a parent because the idea is to be taken care of till the feeling subsides. You would need someone to check up on you for a while. If living with friends, then inform them.

Additional : Try to wake up in the morning and take a walk. Sunlight helps. Always.

Self-care : Taking regular baths and hygiene. Most people feeling depressed have no energy to take care of hygiene or getting outta bed. So if one can and has someone insisting or running a bath for them it's extremely nourishing.

If the feeling lasts for more than 3 weeks, you should seek some professional help if possible. Suicidal thoughts are never one off if it's long term feeling of sadness (depression) so seeking out a therapist who would provide you with tools to keep it off your mind would be helpful.

Hey, thanks a lot for your words.

Talking to a stranger also helps. Sometimes we are in a situation where we are hesitant to go to near and dear. Possibly Confide to someone stranger online who you feel capable to understand your condition ...

Not extreme like suicidal thoughts but some forum members have been supportive here. 🤗 To the one I am talking about knows, I open alot more than I can ever let anyone know about...

If you need help right away, type 'suicide' into google and you will automatically get a number to a suicide hotline. They will talk to you for free and help you. Many people are uncomfortable speaking to people close to them so this can help you speak to a stranger who won't judge you and are trained to provide the right help.

So why did Ranbir and Alia fly out of the city? What kind of useless family members are they? 🤡
