Ah! I am scared to watch this show because of that 😛😂. The shaven look. Am ok with the look of the older bearded version of Sumer. And all the neon clothes for all the promo events and IVs. Ab dar lagta hai what this new stylist will give him next. Almost makes wish for Shirali to be back although Shivaay did have satrangi suits too 😛. Only saving grace is the beard is back and he hasn’t shaved that for the promotions. Phew!

I was actually so relieved to see his holiday picture in just white sweatshirt, blue jeans and sneakers and beard. Normal sa laga after long. 😛. Although I saw a nice IV recently which was kinda of normal. Akele ka. He is okay in those especially if some good questions are asked but in the joint IVs he is mostly random cracking lame jokes 🤦‍♀️ Aaj kal normal has become a big deal 😂

I think hum Shivaay aur Anika ke saath hi theek hai. 😆

I don't really feel like watching his solo IVs since he's mainly in his pretentious woke zone in most of them....wohi usual lines of "I work in all mediums, I want to do millennial youth stuff", ITV is great blah blah.....until he grows out of his wannabe teenager mode, it's hard to take him seriously.

Kuch dhang ka kaam karega kabhi agar phir toh maybe I'll feel like listening to anything he has to say. His work doesn't back up his bhaashans right now.

But I hear ya about how "normal" is also a big deal these days...halfway decent IVs bhi kahaan milte hain....lol

Oh and I forgot to add.....is promo mein again there is something off about this girl Anya....I don't know if it's the way she talks in certain scenes or the fact that her eyes look kinda extra hooded and big in some bits like she's sleepy😕😆......but fully jam nahin raha.

And NM is looking way too wannabe trying to be a "punjabi college boy".....the demeanor is so fake, man😆. Gujju boy Mehta can't pull it off😛

Very good trailer. Will likely hit too close for comfort for too many people....some very uncomfortable truths in there that people are unable to face.

I liked that they showed how one supposedly “small” incident can be life changing and change a person forever but everyone around them constantly pressures them to suck it up and let every disrespect go. And it’s pretty clear from the trailer that the wife “daring” to assert herself even that much unleashed the ugly side of the man who made it an ego battle then to subjugate and malign her.

I’m reminded of that scene from Patiala Babes again. That is indeed the ultimate truth of society.

Video is good but more than anything, it's the lyrics that are stuck in my head....."Haan main galat, galat meri baatein.....pura sahi koi nahin hai, le le meri chetaavani"😆......they are pretty unique compared to the lyrics of typical bolly love songs.

It's a good remix and a contemporary spin on the previous Twist song.

Sara is cute as ever.....but I'm pretty sure Kartik will get a lot of kudos for this movie since he's kinda getting two characters to play. I like the girl from the 90s era too.

I saw the pics of Sara's upcoming with Dhanush/Akshay.....it's too early to tell what it will be.....but I will deffo check it out as an Anand Rai film.....his and Himanshu's combo is yet to disappoint me.

I reached the seperation track in my IB rewatch.......

LOL I'd actually forgotten that EVERYONE was in on the drama to help Anika get thrown out *facepalm*🤣.....bas daadi ki kami reh gayi thi, baaki full family got looped in by Anika into helping her.....down to faking Om ki illegitimacy......Jhanvi BLACKMAILED Tej into agreeing to go along with the drama🤣

Itna INSANE track tha yeh, I can only laugh even more in hindsight....the way ek ek karke everyone randomly finds out the truth of Pinky blackmailing Anika and they all get coerced into going along with Anika....including TEJ under the threat of blackmail....I mean it's just🤣.....Shivaay ekdum clueless and whole family is calmly guilt tripped into watching Anika tear herself down and praising her mahaanta bharaa sacrifice🤣

But it did give us some gems like these reactions from Tej😆
