She has studied fine arts because her lifelong dream was to become an Islamic calligrapher. So no ,she cant actually get a well paying corporate job. In the novel they describe the night she goes out to collect the money needed to pay Jehangir's final hospital bill. It is extremely painful. She is indebted to so many from that night alone. Not to mention that they had an ongoing debt situation because of Jehangir's illness. There was a scene when she explains to her friend,mera baal baal qarz main jakda hua hai. She has to pay off years of debt,running in hundreds of thousands.

It's so interesting to know about her qualification. Wow. I am amazed. No wonder she creates such beautiful calligraphy.

It's a shame that her seemingly healthy father is sitting at home, letting his jawaan daughter do all the toiling.

I liked how they showed Momin as a regular kid who wants to eat ice cream and cookies instead of same old khaana. Kids often don't understand the struggle that parents go through to make ends meet. But I didn't get why Momin said that he likes papa more than mamma🤔

Taha is weak and he is lost already. I feel that Taha should have gotten a job already instead of wallowing in self pity. We can see it in the way he calls himself darkness, Husne Jahan as the moon and Momin as the sitara. His desperation leads Husne Jahan to call Sultan. I can see how Momin later on feels that Sultan is the reason for Taha and Husne Jahan splitting up.

Good that Momina immediately identified the story as Husne jahan's. Her father has told her so many times about Husne Jahan that it made the scene believable.

I didn't understand why Momina is interested in doing the film. The script portrays her father in poor light but so what? It can all be cleared by sitting down and having a talk. Like I said before I want to know why Momin wants to cast Momina and why Momina wants to do the film.

I loved the scene where Momin and Momina meet. The awkwardness, the politeness after their explosive first meet was cute and a little funny 😆 I liked how Momina didn't let him apologize.

The little part where both of them lie about not knowing Husne Jahan was not convincing for me. I didn't buy it.

The best part of the episode for me was the caligraphs scene. I loved how Momin didn't want to part with the caligraphs even when he was presented with a blank check. It was important for him to see how invaluable those paintings are before he decided to keep them for emotional reasons.

I am as usual looking forward to seeing the next episode.

I hope we are done with the falshbacks by now.🤔 they are boring. 🥱 I am sorry to say this, but there's zero chemistry between Ahsan and Kubra, also their story is depressing, I would've understood it had Husne Jahan sold the pics for her child's ilaaj ..every kid has lots of desires, fullfilling all of them is impossible for poor parents, she should've asked her husband before selling his paintings, knowing that like any other mashriqi man he won't be happy seeing his wive's pics going in the wrong hands.🤔

Only Momin and Momina's story is interesting, and their chemistry is good. I hope the story moves on faster now, and we have some happy moments or at least some fights between them.😉

Powerful episode.... Press conference scene was one of my most favorites in the novel

Seems like next episode will focus mostly on flashbacks.... I guess it will be the end of flashback story too and I hope it is.. That seems repetitive and boring

It was a theek thaak episode.

The best part was the press conference. I loved Momina's confidence and I like how Momin looks at her

I don't understand the mystery surrounding Sultan and Husne Jahan's relationship. Momina is making it a big issue that she can't milaofy eyes with Momin and stuff like that. Momin is obviously holding a grudge against Sultan. The second part of the script is being built up so much...the past is still not done since the next episode is entirely about the past. A simple meeting will fix it all so all this looks like a waste of time.

And why does Momina want all those paintings? Clearly, Momin wants them for emotional reasons. Why is she hell bent on taking them from him?

Again, is it really required to stretch the suspense about Husne Jahan's son, Abdul ala's grand son, etc. It's getting old now. Also, why is it so difficult for Momin to find Master Ibrahim🤔

In today's world it's not difficult at all to find people especially when you have an address😵

I didn't find the episode to be interesting or revealing. Hope the next one is better.

I felt so bad, i hope Momin gets the paintings back, they have sentimental value. I just hope he gets them back.

I too liked the confrence scene. 😃Loved the way Momina took the helm of the situation and turned on the tables. Now everybody are desperate to see how Momin's movie will turn out to be.

But why did Husn e Jahan asked Sultan to come to Turkey when she knows how Taha feels about the relationship between her and Sultan. He was mad of anger when he knew that she exchanged messages with him, so how dare she call Sultan into Taha's house!😲

Why did she do what she did ? I wonder if she did that after that time momin rejected her and what will happen when he realises because of him she remained so unhappy and ended her life. Its difficult to accept she would do such a thing knowing it was forbidden and haram and disliked but I suppose that's what happens as well. And it being a spiritual drama.

Anyway she says that Sultan was lying ? So she didn't commit suicide ? Anyone know for sure ? It was mentioned previously but not sure by who. So much more to come it seems. )

Does masterji not know who momin really is or his grandad. It's all very enigmatic now.

So Momina is in the know about everything and will give an olive branch to momin.

Was really hoping he would get the paintings back especially after he glanced at the end of drama towards the empty space and he actually does 😊

I also wonder if Sultan sold her paintings. Wouldn't it be wonderful if he didn't and Momin had them back at the end. That would be so cool.

This drama portrays how peoples actions affect one another so realistically.

I'm finding the urdu hard at times to understand so Taha and Husna jahan conversation was difficult to understand.

But can anyone tell me what she says to Masterji after she says why he holds him so dear and does he not know what?
