Watched a hindi movie in theaters after a long time, the last being excellent and captivating gully boy!

Glad i made the right selection again. Panga is an endearing movie where these little moments bring so much joy. It reminded me of delightful simplistic movies which were made back in those days. Ahh Kangana, that sweet child actor, Neena Gupta, Richa Chaddha and the whole team did such a good job👏 that scene where she feeds her son tusli leaves before leaving and many other scenes were so relatable! Kangana is just so damn fantastic in this movie👍🏼

If you like to watch an endearing slice-of-life movie away from the fast paced lifestyles, this movie will definitely fulfill your expectations😊

The movie is one of those few ones which have repeat value.

Am planning to take my mom tomorrow.

Street Dancer 3 Good Growth - Tanhaji Extraordinary

Street Dancer 3 saw good growth of 35% as it collected around 12.5-13 crore nett on its second day. The growth is good for a film in this zone as its mass film and the performance in the metro multiplexes is not that good. These types normally show limited growth growth on Saturday but here it was a low first day so some of the growth can be due to the lower collections.

The business of the film remains average due to to the start and now its about the Sunday which should show good growth which can be more than Saturday as its Republic Day which makes it bit better than a normal Sunday. The two day numbers of the film are 22-22.50 crore nett and the target will be to get towards that 40 crore nett mark which would be a pretty good weekend number with a good trend.

Tanhaji - The Unsung Warrior is extraordinary on its third Saturday as it collects 9 crore nett takings it total to around 206 crore nett and above Golmaal Again which is the highest Ajay Devgn NETT grosser. The film has shown huge growth of around 75% on its third Saturday. There is Republic Day on Sunday to give the film another big boost and its going to be a huge third weekend and week for the film.

Panga has more than doubled on Saturday as it collects 4.5-5 crore nett to have a two day total of 6.5-7 crore nett. The growth gives the film a chance but collections remain low and it will be about weekday numbers of the film. A similar film Saand Ki Aankh also showed huge growth but eventually tanked at the box office and it also clashed with a bigger film and it remains to be seen which way Panga goes.

Superb film! Such a nice slice of life film in the category of EV.

Ashwiny does a terrific job of building this nice world around Railway colony. Kangana is glorious as Jaya. So many scenes linger with you after the show is over. Another TOP RATED performance. ❤️

Excellent ensemble includes Jassi, Kid, Richa and Neena. Everyone doing their bit to making this journey special. Can't wait to watch it again.

This film is poised to do well... may have started low first day due to less shows/screens/genre etc.... but glad it picked up. Weekdays will confirm if it marches to success commercially.

Another superb film/performance in Padmashri Kangana's career!

Watch it with your loved ones. It's about mothers getting a second chance to fulfill their dreams but could apply to anyone.

Panga showed huge growth of 110% on Saturday as it collected 4.25 crore nett but the first day total was very low so the collections of the film remain very low. The second day collection of the film is lower than the first day of a film like Chhapaak which pretty much tells the standing of the film at the moment.

The growth was huge at the bigger multiplexes with some sites doing three times the business of day one and here is where the film has some chances. Its not going work outside the big metros and it depends where the film can land on the Monday. The film had to at least double on Saturday which it has done and now its a must to be higher on Monday than Friday and that is just to have a chance. If it can do that then it will be in with a chance of success despite these low opening weeeknd collections. The film has collected 6.25 crore nett in two days. The collections of Panga till date are as follows..

Saturday - 4,25,00,000
