Bhavya is clearly very attached to shukla.

Shukla bhi he did that eyebrows raise when he saw her. He was taken aback.

Bechara asim went to say hi bhavya but she was lost with shukla asim repeatedly bolne pe she diverted her attention.

Definitely they shared something deep for kids to bhi involved.
