She was laughing because Madhu was laughing and trying to hide her face so Sana started laughing and trying to show others that see she us laughing.

Exactly, I thought that she is a good person but she is so weird, sometimes she behaves as of she cares the most about everyone like her inviting people to give food but sometimes she comes across as a person with no empathy. These days she has become so annoying and negative even Salman realised this week who said last week ki wo sabse achchi hai when he went inside to clean the house. I think, that fame when she went outside with Deepika has made her overconfident.
