For getting viewers reaction trp numbers n views on sns were sufficient...it was pretty clear that they were trying to build Prerna's connection with viewers...her talking to fans n their families was an attempt to build the connection but unfortunately in every LC ppl were concerned about anurag n claimed to be in team anurag so that attempt failed miserably...and she never did the LCs again....
