PART 40:

"You ok! You ok!' mumbled sid in her ears clutching her back. Roli caressed his back with a confused face...Sid broke the hug then cupped her face surprising her....

"Nothing will happen to you ok! I'm here...I won't let an...' sid stopped as he realised what he is doing now...He removed his hands from her cheeks then got down from the bed and stirred inside the washroom confusing roli.

Roli moved near the washroom door,...

"Si...siddhant?'

"Go awayy!' shouted sid startling her.

"I don't want to see your face!' said him making roli to feel pain.

"Ok!' she said then moved out of the room with a welled up eyes.

Inside the washroom,

Sid was watching his face in the mirror resting his palms in the counter...

"You shouldn't go weak in front of her siddhant!' spoke him looking at his own image. But tears brimming in his eyes making his vision blur as her painful OK pricking his heart somewhere.

MORNING 8 O'CLOCK:

HALL:

Sid came to Hall with rohan in his arms...MJ went near sid then took rohan from him...

"How's your legs beta?' enquires her caressing his lips wound.

"I'm super fine dadi!' he said with a smile. MJ smiled back and pecked his forehead.

"OK go and play!' she dropped him down.

"Rohan..come let's play football!' calls sana holding his hands.

"Sana..no baby! He fell..'

"Papa..we won't go out' says sana looking at her father.

"Ok maa..don't burn me with your eyes!' said sanskar joining his hands in front of her. Everyone giggled at sanskar's poor state. Sid smiled at them then went near the sofa and sat on it but all the way his eye balls were waving the whole house searching someone.

"Bhai coffee!' surbhi gave him a cup of coffee.

"Shona...where' he paused then cursed himself under his breath for his stupidity.

"Where?'...

"Nothing!' he said started having his coffee. Sid found rohan was ascending in the stairs,

"Champ where are you going?'

"To take ball papa!' answered rohan.

"OK careful!' he said. Rohan nodded his head then started walking towards his room.

SIDDHANT'S ROOM:

Rohan went inside his room then moved near his bag to get a ball. He took a ball out and smiled. He turned to go out but stopped as soon as he found a person in front him.

"ROHA..' called roli taking steps towards him. Rohan downed his head...She went near him then sits in her knees. She raised his face by cupping his both cheeks whilst he still fixing his eyes in the ground without looking at his mother. Roli saw this..Her throat was blocked because of his ignorance...

"won't you talk to me roha?' asks her controlling her tears. Rohan had maintained silent.

"I know you are angry with me..Sorry! Sorry! Sorry baby! But trust me roha, I haven't done it purposely....(tears started scrolling down in her both cheeks. She hugged and pulled him closer) hereafter I won't hurt papa! Please honey don't hate me...(she cried aloud) I can bear papa's anger but couldn't yours baccha...' weeps her in his small shoulder. Rohan raised his right hand to touch her..

He remembered sid's painful situation then put his hand down. She pulled herself back.

"If you want...(she takes his right hand in her hold) beat me' said roli started hitting her left side cheek with his little hand. Rohan shocked and pulled his hand back...He felt heavyweight inside his heart after seeing her like this....but he controlled himself.

"Please baby...don't stop talking to me!..don't hurt me rohan' begged roli joining her hands in front of her son. Rohan walked away from her as if he stand a second there he would hug and forgive her.

"Rohan!..please baby! Pleaseeee...I'm sorry baccha I won't repeat the mistake again! please forgive me baby' squalls roli covering her face with her palms.

Rohan came out of the room and walking in the corridor with his ball whilst a person was watching the whole scene with a tear filled eyes. That person started taking steps near rohan...

"Rohan'

He turned...

"Papa!' rohan went near sid who was coming towards him. Sid sits in knees in front of rohan..and found a tears in his little eyes.

"Champ..if...if you want talk to ro..roli!..I don't have any problem' said sid caressing his cheek. Rohan wants to smile and nod his head as yes excitedly but hid it from sid as he was afraid of what she would hurt him again....

"No pa..No need!' says him shared a forceful smile at his father.

"Rohan...'

"I'm going to play papa....' he said descending in the stairs....Sid stood in his feet giving a sad look at rohan.

HALL:

Sid came to hall then went near ammo who was arranging plates in the dining table.

"Am..Ammo'

"Haan beta..' replied her without lifting her head.

"Woh..Woh..she's calling you!' said him. Ammo raised her head,

"She? Who?' queried her wiping her hands in the towel.

"She ammo..She..' he said looking down.

"Roli?' she asked raising her eyebrows. Sid nodded his head then moved from that place making her smile. Sid took a breath of relief after finding ammo who was walking towards his room as he wants someone to give shoulder to roli for her cry and after him...only ammo can pacify her.

SIDDHANT'S ROOM:

Ammo entered into the room,

"Roli?'

Ammo rushed near the crying roli. Ammo lifted roli from the floor then made her sit...

"Roli? What happened beta?' enquires her wiping the tears.

"T..Tell him to ta..ta..talk to me ammo..' wailed roli clutching ammo.

"Sid..'

"My son ammo..tell rohan to talk to me..I couldn't be happier without talking to him'

"Don't cry beta..I will tell him to talk to you' says ammo caressing her back.

"He hates me so much ammo...' she cries inconsolably.

"No beta..he didn't'

"I know!' she fell down on ammo's lap and cried aloud. Ammo didn't know how to pacify her...she was just caressing her back.

A while later..

Roli lifted her swollen face up from ammo's lap..Roli joined her hands in front of ammo confusing her...

"I'm sorry ammo!' she asks pardon cryingly.

"roli? What is this beta?'

"Please ammo..forgive me! (ammo shakes her as no) I have hurt you a lot...Siddhant treats you like his own mother!..but i..i called you as ser...' roli couldn't complete the word.

"Roli..'

"Why are you loving me like this MAA?' weeps her. Ammo's heart had cooled after hearing MAA from roli...her eyes were filled with tears.

"You too hate me maa..I don't deserve your love!' cries roli throwed herself in ammo's chest.

"Shh..Shh..don't cry! don't cry! You know what roli in your childhood you were only with me more than your mother...you used to call me as MAA...You will always hold my saree pallu and walk around me calling maa! maa!...you loved me more than meena roli!..now tell me how can I hate my loving daughter?' says meena caressing roli's hairs while roli squalls more than before after hearing this from meena.

"Sorry maa! Sorry!' sobbed roli.

IN HALL:

Sid was sitting in the hall sofa watching rohan and sana's game and gives a look at the stairs then and there. He found roli who was descending in the stairs leaning on ammo's shoulder. He felt really bad for her after looking at her red shot eyes and swollen pinkish face. Ammo made roli to sit in the sofa opposite to roli. Roli held her head as it was aching like anything because of her long cry.

"One minute beta!' excused ammo moved near the table and poured water in the glass.

"Drink this roli!' ammo gave the glass to roli.

"Roli? What happened?' MJ reached roli then sat beside her. Roll raised her head.

"Nothing mano..she's not well' lied ammo. Sid gave a anxiety look at roli.

"What? Not well? What happened roli?'

"Mausi ji!..now I'm ok!' said her forced a smile at MJ.

"matarani..then how she will keep fasting tomorrow?' says MJ looking at the matarani statue.

"fasting? For what mausi ji?' asked roli shrinking her forehead.

"Tomorrow is Karva Chauth beta!' informed MJ. Roli turned her on sid's side who was watching at her already.

"I'm alright mausi ji!..I will keep!' said roli looking at sid. Sid felt an enormous love in her eyes...his heart was ready to accept her love but his mind wasn't. He got up from the sofa then walked towards his room.

NIGHT:

Sid was tossing in the bed without getting sleep as the haunted past was coming in front of his eyes troubling him so much! He wants to forget it but he couldn't!!....sid raised his head and found her was sleeping in the sofa peacefully. He laid down in the bed..and closed his eyes while the worst past has started revolving around his head.

FLASHBACK:

Roli held the railings carefully and slowly descending in the steps.

"AHHHHH'

Screamed roli rolling in the steps.

"ROLI'

sid startled and opened his eyes.

"Roliiii' shouted roshni looking at roli who screaming in pain laying down in the floor between the pool of blood.

"I gotta go! I gotta go' mumbled him started running towards his car without caring for mausi ji's call.

SIDDHANT'S HOUSE:

"oh my goddd!' dazed roshni looking at the girl who screaming uncontrollably holding her tummy.

"Maaaa...' shouted roli clutching her tummy where her child was struggling for life.

"Roli! Roli! Try to get up' says her tries to lift roli up but stopped after finding blood was dripping heavily.

"Ahhh....maaaa!' cries roli pulling her own hairs with her left hand.

"Godd!..now what to do?'

"ROLIIIII!'

Roshni heard a painful loud tone. She turned that side and spotted sid who was running towards them cryingly.

"Si..Si..Siddhantttt' wails her in pain raising her right hand. Sid crouched in the ground pulled roli from roshni...

"Godd!..(he weeps touching the blood in the ground) nothing will happen roli!' he spit out some words then picked her up in his arms. He was literally running towards the room whilst roli clutching his white shirt with her blood full hands.

Sid put her in the bed....

"Don't cry! Don't cry!' he said with a welled up eyes as he couldn't see her in the worst state.

"I c..couldddn'tt beaaar' spoke her between her loud wail.

"Maaaa...' roli bites her lips made it bleed.

"Please! Please! Don't do this naa yaar!' sid cried with her pulled her lips out.

"Siddhant go out!' says roshni covering roli with a sheet. Roli tightened her grip on his pinky finger.

"Don't..Don't gooo!' she squalls breathing unevenly.

"I won't go anywhere naa yaar!' he assured wiping her blood in her lips.

Everyone reached the house. They entered into the room and heard roli's loud scream and found blood in the floor. They dazed.

"Roliii!' cries ammo rushing towards the room.

"Juatt ki..kill meee' cries her writhing her body in the bed.

"Please don't talk this roli!..how can I live with you!' sobs him caressing her hairs whilst sid's whole family members were praying standing outside of the room..

"Please roli!..you can do! Come on!!' roshni said pressing her lower abdomen.

"Ahhhh'

Roli pressed sid's wrist who was holding her hands and wiping her tears weepingly. Roshni found roli's pulses were going down.

"Jeez..siddhant tell her to cooperate! Otherwise we can't save the both mother and child'

"Do something roshni' shouted sid looking at the monitor.

"Can't save both siddhant!' stated roshni sid.

"Then save my roli' said sid without waiting for a second holding roli's right hand close to his chest. Roli cried more as because she knew how much he loves the baby.

"Noo..sav..save the child'

"No you are more important than the child!' said him tapping her left cheek as her eyeballs went high but inside it pricked him a lot.

"Godd!...save the child!' prayed roli inside gave hers final push with a loud scream. Her pain began to subside..Roli let her final eyedrop fell down then fainted. Sid heart beat has stopped for a moment as he found her in a numb state.

WAAH! WAAH! WAAH!/ BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

Soon his cry turned into a smile as he found her normal pulse rate in the monitor and his child's first wailing sound. He turned and found a blood Coated crying baby in roshni's hand.

Crackers sound were shaking the whole town......

"IT'S A BOY!...BIRTH OF TIME IS 12 AM...' announced roshni cutting the Umbilical cord separating the baby from roli. Sid couldn't stop his cry. He muffled closing his eyes in a breath of relief as his roli and child are safe in front of his eyes.

"Siddhant!' called roshni looking at him who caressing roli's hairs sitting beside her. He turned and saw roshni.

Roshni came near sid with a towel wrapped baby in her arms..

"HAPPY NEW YEAR BUDDY! YOUR NEW YEAR GIFT!' smiles roshni forwards the baby to sid. Sid took a step near roshni. He stretched his shivering hands then received his child from roshni.

He gasped with a tears....the fatherly feeling was heavenly! He felt like the world was in his hands....he hugged his child close to his chest...Siddhant was wrong about his son, he wasn't cute...He's so cute than he imagined with his pinkish cheeks..perfect nose..petal lips..He spotted a mole in the baby's right cheek like his mother..Everything was perfect in the baby's face..Sid was smiling widely in happiness caressing his baby's left cheek with his index finger..

"He..(sid's throat had blocked in happiness) Hey honey!' calls him ruffling baby's little hairs in his forehead...

Baby opened his eyes slowly after hearing his father's call..

Sid couldn't control his tears...He cries,

"Tha..Thank you for coming into my life!' thanked him. Sid shivered as he found his child was smiling at him cutely..he bent down and inhales his prince's heavenly smell for the first time then pecked his head softly.

The kiss had reflected how much his heart was dancing in happiness...

"Siddhant? Roli?' called ammo cryingly out of fear as she couldn't hear any noise inside.

"Siddhant beta..open the door!' MJ called in a tensed tone.

"Go and show your handsome son to the family!' spoke roshni checking roli who was sleeping in all tired.

"Siddh..' ammo stopped after hearing the door opening sound. She cries as she spotted her sid with a baby.

"my son ammo!' said sid forwarded the baby to ammo. A big smile crept in everyone's lips. Ammo took the bundle of cuteness in her arms...

"My little siddhant!' says ammo admires the child.

"But see, his smile and eyes are exactly replica of roli!' swara kissing the baby's little right hand palm. Sid smiles as he found his family were embracing the little one. All the way the baby smiles at his lovable family members making him feel breeze. Ammo gave the baby to MJ then went inside to see roli!...

Sid got a call...

He smiles and answered the call,

"hello karan...'

"Congratulations buddy....you've got the oberoi's contract siddhant!' shouts karan jumping in excitement.

"Really?'

"Yeah siddhant!..now you are a NO.1 businessman in all over india sid!' said karan laughingly with a happiness. Sid smiles looking at his lucky star.

"karan..it's a boy!' informed sid making karan to freeze in surprise.

"Siddhant?'

"Yes karan!..My son!' revealed him emotionally. Karan's eyes were welled up in happiness.

"Mannn....your son is your lucky charm!' exclaimed him. Sid smiles,

"Yes he is!' says sid in acceptance.

"and yeah inform this to naina!'

"OK OK I will...tell me when you are going to come here..because then only I can decorate the house for welcome my champ right?' karan asked.

"Will tell that later...and can you do a favour for me?' queried sid.

"Come on yaar..order me!'

"Buy that house which is opposite side of bhardwaj's house!' said sid surprise karan.

"That palace?..why yaar..'

"Because I want to present a palace to my prince!' smiles sid admiring his son.

"that is roli's dream house...hope she won't kill me!..OK sid will buy in your name!...'

"Thank you karan!..' thanked sid and they spoke for sometime then disconnected the call.

"my darling didn't you get sleep?' asks surbhi biting his finger without giving him pain. The Baby found his father wasn't beside him and started crying. Sid heard his baby's wailing,

Siddhant rushed near his child...

"Oh..Oh why are you crying?' asks her worriedly.

"Give him...What?..What?..What happened honey?' asked him took his child in his arms from surbhi and started rocking holding him carefully in his arms. He stopped the cry and started smiling feeling his father's warmth. Surbhi opened her mouth wide after finding the baby's smiling face as soon as he went to his father's arms.

"Naughty boy!...see how he is smiling in his father's arms?' said surbhi rolling her eyes. Sid smiled and pecked his smiling boy's forehead.

"Siddhant beta..' ammo called sid.

"Ammo?' said sid entered into the room holding his boy.

"Beta give the baby..let roli feed him!'

"No...I can't' refused sid confusing everyone.

"What do you mean by you can't?' queried ammo.

"I mean..I can't give my baby to her' he said shocking everyone except roli who was still in her unconscious state.

END OF FLASHBACK.

PRESENT:

A tiny tear fell down roli's eyes who was sitting beside rohan caressing his hairs.

"yes!...papa didn't show you to me for three months, but he was right in his place!...I didn't inhale your fresh smell (she bent down and pecked his forehead)...I didn't feed you when you cried for food...I'm not there when you need me the most...(she intertwined her pinky finger with rohan's).. I'm sorry!..I'm sorry baccha, it's all because of me! I didn't know your importance that time but now..mumma can't live without you baby!..please come to me soon!' sobs roli and kissed his pinky finger then got down from the bed after pecking sid's forehead.

MORNING 5:30 AM:

Every girls is in the dining table eating their food.

"You should not eat until your husband has finished your fasting with his hand...' explains swara about Karva Chauth to who was listening everything keenly as this is her first karva chauth....

8 O'CLOCK:

Everyone was in the hall talking to each other!...

"Sanskar, Siddhant.. Come beta breakfast is ready!' ammo calls them standing near the dining table along with roli and swara.

"coming ammo!' said sanskar walking towards the table whilst sid was still sitting in the sofa watching his social media account in his mobile.

"Siddhant?..you...'

"I'm not hungry ammo!' said him without lifting his head..Ammo got a smile,

"Ok!' she smirked at him confusing roli.

"What happened maa?..why are you smirking at him?' enquires her in confusion.

"He is also fasting!' whispered ammo.

"Fasting?'

"For you!' revealed ammo surprising roli.

"Maa?'

"Yes!..He is fasting for you this year too,like every year' says him smiling at her. Tears brimming in roli's eyes. She turned and saw her husband who was watching his mobile. Sid raised his head as he felt a strong gaze in him. He saw roli who was gazing him without a blink in her eyes and he didn't miss to see the tears in her eyes but he's damn sure that the tears wasn't out of pain instead it's reflects something LOVE!!!..he furrows up his eyebrows..he put his head down and continued his work.

"COME ON YAAR! WHY ARE YOU GAZING ME LIKE THIS!' thought sid scrolling his screen. He took a breath then headed towards his room for control his shiver inside.

You wanna hear his fasting style?' ammo asked making roli to come out from sid's world. She nodded yes excitedly. Surbhi made ammo to sit in the chair...

"Tell to us too!' said her sat beside ammo.

"Ok! Ok!'

FLASHBACK:

3 YEARS BACK:

MORNING 8 O'CLOCK:

Siddhant was In the dining table with 1 1/2 years old rohan in his lap...Rohan started sucking his thumb finger because of hunger.Sid saw this, he made rohan to stand in his lap then pulled his thumb finger from his mouth.

"Oh ho...ammmoooo....come naa! This boystarted eating his finger...' sid calls ammo loudly wiping rohan's finger with a tissue.

"coming! Coming!' replied her came out from the kitchen with rohan's food and coffee for sid.

"My baby is hungry? See..See food is coming for you!' says him kissed rohan's bubbly cheek. Rohan smiles clapping his hands.

"It's time to eat' Sid made rohan to sit in his baby highchair then started feeding him...

"Hey naina...you didn't go office?' asked ammo looking at naina. Sid shared a smile at her while feeding rohan.

"No ammo i'm in leave today...that's why came to play with this bubbly!' answered naina pinching rohan's both cheeks. Rohan pouted his lips...

"Oh nainaaa...why are always pinching his cheeks yaar?..nothing honey...don't worry papa will beat her later ok' sid pacified the baby. Naina rolled her eyes,

"Bad boy! Always complaining about me to your papa!' she said and tries to pinch his nose but sid geld her hand..

"Yaar..let him eat then do whatever you want' sid said literally pleasing at sid.

"OK...but will bite his cheek later!' she said making sid took a breath.

"naughty boy...eating without me! Shit naina don't think about food idiot' Says her slapped her forehead.

"Why? What happened?' asked sid looking at her.

"Bhai..today's karva chahuth' informed naina.

"Oh ok!' Said him simply feeding rohan.

MORNING 9.30 AM:

Sid came out from his room without make any noise as he don't want to wake up the sleeping baby.

"Bye!' says sid at naina who was sitting beside rohan.

HALL:

"Siddhant come breakfast is ready' called ammo.

"No ammo I'm not hungry!' he said walking out of the house.

"But you didn't drink coffee too!' ammo said looking at the cupful of coffee.

"I'm getting late!' he stirred out of the house.

EVENING:

Sid entered into the house in all tired...Rohan saw sid,

"Pap...Pap...' calls him stretching his little hands at sid. Sid came near him,

"Darling!' sid dropped his laptop bag in the sofa then rushed near his son. He took him in his hands then twirls him in the air and kissed his both cheeks. Rohan smiles merrily inside his father's arms. Ammo took sid's lunch bag...

"Hey what is this siddhant? You didn't...'

"Woh ammo...I don't get time to eat' lied him walked from that place before ammo would ask many questions.

NIGHT:

Ammo came out from the kitchen and found sid was standing in front of matarani's statue with rohan praying something.

She shrinks her forehead then went him. Sid turned after praying and spotted ammo in front of him....

"May I know what's going on here?'

"No..Nothing..was praying for our wellness' he Said with a sheepish smile. Ammo raised her eyebrows,

"come ammo..I'm so hungry!' he literally rushed from that place. Ammo gave a confused look at him but she smiled as she remembered about karva chahuth....

"Why are you hiding your love from us siddhant? Matarani please help my siddhant to live happily' prayed her silently.

END OF FLASHBACK.

Roli cries silently after hearing this.

"Awww! How cute my bhaiya is!' said surbhi with a smile.

"You are so lucky roli!' exclaimed swara. Roli nodded her head weepingly.

"But look at my life...' she said pointing at sanskar who was eating his food stomach full. Sanskar dropped the spoon after seeing swara's glare. Everyone burst into laughter seeing his condition.

AFTERNOON:

"Where are you going beta?' asked ammo at sid who was walking in the corridor with his laptop bag.

"Office ammo! Our pune branch manager told me to come there for some paperwork' he said with a smile.

"OK but don't strain yourself more' said her in a concern tone.

"OK ammo! bye!' he waved his hand and started descending in the stairs.

Sid spotted surbhi with a food plate...

"Where are you going shona?' asked him looking at the plate as he knew no one would eat food until the moon cme.

"Actually bhai...roli bhabhi asked me food (sid shocked) for...' she paused as she found sid began to walk away from her before she would complete the sentence.

IN CAR:

"You won't change right? Once again you played with my family member's feelings' sneered sid clutching the steering wheel.

EVENING:

"Papa..' rohan called rushing near his father. Sid smiles took his little boy in his arms.

"I missed you!' says rohan clasping his hands around sid's neck.

"Ohh...I missed you too' he kissed his cheek. He saw roli who was sitting with everyone. Sid glared at her confusing her. He headed towards his room with rohan.

EVENING 6 O'CLOCK:

Sid and rohan was descending in the stairs in a same outfit. Roli eyes were widened in surprise. She couldn't take her eyes off from her boys who were looking damn handsome in their cardigan dress.

"NAZAR NA LAGE!' thinks her with a smile in her face.

"Where are you going siddhant?' MJ queried.

"Going out mausi ji...and I'll be come late at night' said him shocking everyone.

"What? Today's karva...'

"I'm getting late mausi ji! Bye!' said him took rohan in his arms and held sana's right hand. MJ got angry....

"Sidd...'

"It's okay mausi ji!...let him go! I will wait' roli Said in a feeble tone looking at sid.

"Oh please..stop your drama..MS.DRAMA QUEEN!' annoyed sid at her upsetting everyone.

"I'm really fed up with your ultimate acting...please enough!' yelled him pointing his finger at roli with an anger filled eyes. Roll started shedding tears looking down.

"Siddhant? Why are you talking like this?' asked ammo.

"don't trust her ammo..she deceives you people with her innocent acting ammo!...careful' says him fiercely.

"Sidd..'

"Bye!' he said started taking steps towards the door.

"Don't you know that You shouldn't address a married girl as MS..?' speaks roli finally holding her tears. Sid stopped then turned on her side..

"Married girl? Sorry I don't know...who's your husband?'

"Stop it siddhant!...you are crossing your limits' outraged MJ startling rohan. Rohan hides his face in sid's neck tightening his grip around his neck as this is the first time he's seeing his dadi's angry avatar. Sid didn't say anything just walked out of the house with rohan and sana. Roli was crying standing there thinking about sid's hate on her.

Wow so emotional update 😭😭. I cried seeing Roli yaar who was begging her son to talk to her 😭😭. Oh ho Sid keeping karva chahuth for Roli was tooo cute. Again this idiot misunderstood his wife and hurted Roli my poor baby. Now how the Roli fast will end in Sid's hand. Eagerly waiting Update ASAP Machi 😘 😘.

Roli must have asked for the food for someone else and Sid is thinking she is pretending.
