This whole plot is very shoddy, they didn’t even think through it, either the pace is too fast or too slow.cannot connect to the story ,except for ShivJen’s Chemistry

Exactly. Also showing that scene after or along with Rishi death is not effective at all. It had to be shown by now how badly she and her family suffered coz of MJ. At least Show MJ perpetuating those crimes. But nope. He is shown as the most clueless villain in the world. Dalip Tahil was thru and thru giving negative vibes.

I cannot with people justifying this senseless murder because Maya's unborn child was taken away from her. Or that Rishi slit his own wrist, as if that makes things better.

Everytime Maya kills someone, she will cry and remember her past and all will be forgiven

Even this is the only itv show i watch right now and started it because it was promoted as dark. I am only into dark and comedies----no in between ( and sci fi like doctor who ).

I think that was a plan hence that is why ashish was cast but now they are not sure.

We can literally sit her for two 1 hour and come up with a better plot and backstory, including closing the loopholes. But experienced writers cannot do it? Is there such lack of talent and sense on ITV?
