I just don't understand or relate to Maya's revenge plan. She had a normal childhood that allowed her to dream, love and nurture. She is not a sociopath and it is not easy to kill, especially those who is not the cause of your misery.

A psychological warfare with MJ, where maya takes away his support systems one by one and completely alienates him is so much more fun. MJ thrives on control and what is better then taking away that control? where his sons will see him for the evil he is and comes to destroy him? Rudra doesn't know how truly evil his father is. the incident with his GF is only tip of the iceberg.

Even I wanted the same because last few revenge shows I watched all of the characters choosed punished the criminals in right way I mean they didn't take law in their hands . They collected the proves & hand them over to police baki police ne Kiya.

I feel like this things already happened so many times in ITV that's why makers r showing different like the "Beyhadh Nafrat" so much hate that it's pushed her to kill .

Her character obviously going through psychological issues after the whole incident happened with it. But obviously ITV will not deal with it or show anything . I think losing so many people in her life pushed her from the edge & the only she is alive with the motivation to kill & destroy . It's her only motivation which keeping her alive , only way she will get her closer by destroying everything about the person & his loved ones who destroy her . She isn't looking for a normal life or happily ever after for herself. The way she self inflicted so much pain when someone touch her , the way she stay away from anything which can give her any different way out shows her extreme obsession with the whole revenge & destruction. It's her way to punishing them . Slowly , steadily killing every loved ones of MJ's life , crumbled his perfect life under her , made his lonely , vulnerable then attacked him & finished him off .

She will not directly kill any of her Victim except MJ but she will push others & made their life hell enough that they choose death over life.

She still has humanity , conscience left inside her but she is also wounded , vengeful, person who will not stop until she finished everything.

It's like Hannah from 13 reasons why she killed herself more likely to punished her Tromanter. Maya will destroy herself in order to destroy MJ & his life .

I understand maya is not looking to heal or salvage herself in this game, she only wants to inflict pain. however, experiencing severe trauma does not automatically make her capable killing innocents. we all have an inherent conscience to prevent us from doing so. beyhadh 1 maya was psychologically damaged because she was neglected and abused since childhood, so she was conditioned to think and behave a certain way. Maya mehrotra never got love from anyone and when she found that love with arjun, she became obsessed. whereas Maya jaisingh was normal until 10 years ago. I know tthis is a serial but one does not become a killer of innocents so easily. A woman who was abused finally killed their abuser after living with their tormentor for several years and they finally snapped. I know rishi is dead but what I'm saying is that it is very odd that she killed rishi because it goes against the character we were presented with.

But yes, I too want a smart, contemporary show with a strong independent female lead whose first priority is herself. Someone with flesh and blood, with whom I can relate as a girl.

I thought atleast Ananya here would be relatable. But she is currently entering the pathetic loser mode in a fast pace. And very soon she's gonna shift to detective mode if she doesn't die (which she won't).

But even if atleast I get a show where the male lead doesn't have rang birangi family who eventually becomes the FL's top priority ( whether as her in laws or for revenge), I will be more than obliged.

Like can I get a nuclear family with a secure, working mother for once please 😒!!??
