What is the TRP of this week? I see so many post claiming the trps has decreased due to new gen. But , I dont occasionally look at trps as I know usually kkb is in top 5. So please someone clarify me?

The recent trp was 2.6 at position number 7... that's the drop they are talking about. For so many weeks ratings have been good when for many weeks the episodes have been pranbir centric, so now with literally a small drop in ratings just for last week some people are trying to jump to claim all of a sudden that new gen made ratings drop. These are the same people who aren't saying a word about the ratings when ratings are good during new gen/pranbir centric tracks but moment there's a small drop in ratings they jump to say its due to pranbir and new gen. Incredibly selective I must say. No point in making such claims when ratings have been fine during other pranbir and new gen tracks. There was no drama at all last week and it was all just light-hearted episodes. And if new gen/ pranbir are a failure like people claim then even after 10 months and their screen time having increased every month the ratings should plummet to almost 2.0. Instead the ratings either remain consistent or fluctuate between small drops and then rises depending on the level of drama.

Ok. Thank you for clarification. You are right it has been nearly a year and if they were really making the rating drop, the CVs wouldn't have been giving the screen space to Pranbir. They are not fools, they know what brings good ratings. Since this week was full of drama the trps increase so that these people remain silent.
