Many ladies are way ahead of her in terms of acting and box office draw.

5+ crore opening after getting tax free status in 3 states and heavy buzz due to the controversy. Lol.

Also, the Muslim man being acid thrower in the film was a last minute change in the post production/dubbing etc to get nationalists support, but jnu episode was opposite. Tried to appeal to both sections and failed badly.

Well,It is hard to see so many scarred faces on the screen.Also the wait for the splash is terrifying..unlike say a knife ..you just want to cover your face.The film has got glowing reviews form NYT,Time and many other publications.Deepika has been praised...But BO looks tough.

Boi almost always underreports to look authentic but is utterly useless site.

But truth is that chhapak has not done more than 5.5 crore. That and Tanhaji has much bigger screen count and shows.

panama devgan and his balooned wife are staunch bhakts so it was obvious the movie would be flagged to the top

lower than i expected. hopefully it will pick up on Saturday and Sunday. KRK might have got it right and said this movie will do bad at the box office but made for awards

i think the last min promotion backfired. deepika tried to do a kangana/manikarnika

so both on same low level, down buzzard level.😆
