Also, the word persecuted is not even in the Act. They deliberately didn't use it because Hazaras in Afghanistan are also persecuted, Ahmadiyas in Pakistan, Tamils in Sri Lanka, Rohingyas in Myanmar, Uighurs in China - why were they excluded?
