What I can deduce from promo is that all 3 will be punished and No captaincy again this time.

BB was thinking to make Paras captain who in turn would save Mahira(Obviously Shukla gang's captain would get power) so she gets one week immunity(basically 2 weeks as she is going to be saved this week anyway by BB's mehrabani) And Rashmi's pic is given to Asim only because they can have arguement, Rashmi would obviously ask Asim to burn her pic so the task can proceed and then obviously SK can bash her that why didnt she fight for captaincy and all that while Asim has deduced Paras' plan so he wont burn it...So anyway it is again 2-sided sword for Asim-Rashmi...As far as Shehnaaz laughing is concerend, She must be laughing at task getting cancelled.
