Sana is a very important asset in the game, sid knows this and wants her on his side bcoz jaha sana vaha salman ka support ( they think).

He makes it seems as if he is jealous as a friend that she is hanging with his enemies but that's just a facade.

he never controls her for talking to paras evenif he knows sana has soft corner for him.

he stops sana from talking to opposite team, bcz he knows sana's brain gets whitewashed by opposite team. there is nothing like dominating husband.

Yeah he is currently unofficial husband.

That’s a different perception and view point.

Protective also could mean that he wants to protect her from negative influences or members of the opposing team taking advantage of her gullibility. Finally it’s a reality game show and though romantic relationships maybe formed there, he may also want him or his partner to win instead of falling prey to the opposing teams mind games..

He is ‘protecting’ her to make sure only he and Shuklis can influence her and get her vote. 😂. After all, he and Pahira constantly call her dumb and brainless. 😂
