I dont get why he was laughing like that? What was the joke?

No wonder he likes Sana. Even they were confused what happened. He is so weird sometimes. And they had to laugh because he was laughing.

I think its because he said there will be no eviction. Then everyone looked like wtf (understandably!), and he even joked that with 6 weeks to go why is the house full of 12 people. And he started laughing about that and got into a giggle fit that he couldn't shake off.

Shukla was grumpy because he is Shukla lol

I have to give it to shukla he do have some strong traits. He still kept his anger on hold until Salman left and didn’t burst out in to laughter along with Salman. May be he thought Salman is trying to make the moment lighter by fake laughter.
