i dont think it is someone's dream. preeta will go to any extent to save her marriage without caring about her selfrespect. IMO, writer wants to show more of karan's bad behavior towards preeta. like she is ready to accept him and he will again treat her like dirt. preeta's change of heart without karan's apology can only have this purpose.
