He was upset that that she was just using him because she did not have any other option. She was not in love with him.

He did not.want to accept her back in his life because he knew for sure she.would dump him again if another better option came along.

To his khala he had said he had no choice but he had a choice he could have refused to take her back in the first place than do that savage thing to her but he did it after hearing her true feelings that she had no option.

He could have cancelled the whole thing and not get her married to that old servant.but I guess he had full faith in him that even after everything if she came back to him he would.take her back knowing she could or would betray him.

It was savage. He could have just rejected her. And she could have lived on repenting what the he'll she did to him and in turn to herself.
