mujhe lagta hai Vikas se pehle Arhan ne usko chaabi lagayi thi wo koi tunnel task tha na..usme....

Arhaan usko kuch bola tha ki tu hero hai hero ban ... or something. At that time Asim was on Sid's side...but after that he started taking panga with Sid.... trying to come out of his shadows and take stand against him...

and yes i disagree. the moment you dish out abuses in retaliation to abuses thrown at you, you lose the moral high ground. Period.

While I agree with this - I do believe there are degrees. For instance - I think ma behn ki gaaliyaan are bad enough - Shukla yesterday directly abused a contestant’s family - father and sister - and when questioned, said they deserve it. I’m hard pressed to recall anyone who’s stooped lower - not even Jagga I don’t think.

And the others - they’ve always accepted that they’ve gone wrong, and apologized. This guy? Nope. I think he realized yesterday - letter or otherwise, that he crossed a major major line - but given what all he’s done, and the narcissism he regularly displays - that “sorry” is worth shit IMO.

Rest is your opinion ..... but when you raise up to bullies and give them back in their own language (becoz that's the only language they understand), I don't see much wrong in it! Plus after constant poking you're bound to retaliate ..... Sure he swears as well. I am not a fan of swearing at all esp mc bc which has been normalized on our society and elsewhere too, very common in guys and even in some girls (-not sure why)!

Anyways I digress .... point is when you put victim and bully on the same level, you're basically nullifying the constant bullying - Like saying so what victim got punched 10x he or she punched the culprit once so he or she isn't a victim anymore, doesn't work like that, does it?! .... Or like the argument Shukla fans have how he said sorry ("once") so all his past abuses, pushes, bullying is forgiven, again doesn't work like that! ..... Asim at least has the decency to apologize everytime he goes wrong (many instances) ... while this is the first time Shukla apologized and that too after being prompted by his personal letter and not right away after Asim apologized! ..... To me there's a huge difference in their moral grounds ... Moral ground isn't distributed in two levels yes or no, but more a fluid ground! .... So it is about choosing the more moral person. Over and out! 😆

Like someone said - "an eye for an eye will leave the whole world blind", sometimes u need to stop urself from falling down to the same level as the person u are opposing. one doesnt need to necessarily reply in the same language. There's a point beyond which u should not let yourself fall even for giving someone a 'befitting' reply. In some cases Silence is much better than falling down to levels which even your conscience tells are bad. I totally despise MC-BC abuses and there have been cases where i have totally stopped talking to friends who used such words for me even in jest...cos I'm very clear that i will NOT fall to THAT level to pay back in the same language. u cross a certain boundary and u dont exist for me.... as simple as that. I dont need to fall at that level just to give anyone back in their own language.

if a victim punches in retaliation, he doesnt cease to be a victim but what if that person himself starts the punching? In many cases Asim too has provoked Sidharth and many others including Shefali (calling her rat and all).

yes i agree there are degrees and boundaries. for ex. maa- behen ki gaali are a boundary for me which i dont cross but Asim did (apparently) ....then, for me, atleast he does lose the moral high-ground to accuse others of giving him such abuses when he can himself stoop to such levels too. just because someone started it doesnt mean u have to finish it by falling down to the same levels just to answer him back in same manner.

the thing is - agar koi tumhare maa-baap-behen par jayega to kya tum bhi uske maa-baap-behen pe jaoge? kya antar reh jayega fir tum me aur us me? something which Arti also tried to make Asim understand towards the end of the episode...

If BB is biased for shukla forum is biased for asim 😆 if shukla or others do anything that becomes issue and if asim does something than their is long long comparison post to prove how shukla and gang is more worst than him. 😳 asim is also human, he is not perfect. He does mistake too no need to cover it up. Just by making others worst than him doesn't justify his wrong doing. Right now no one is saint in bb house. Disliking them to the core. I hope bb14 me inse decent contestant aaye.

I agree with the retaliation aspect of what you’re saying - just in my view, MC-BC gaaliyaan, even “kutte ka bacha” and all is ek taraf and stuff like “tera baap ganda” and “your family deserves abuse” is ek taraf. As I said - the former is already shitty enough though it’s common in this show unfortunately, and anyone using it loses the moral high ground as you said - but the latter - unbelievably vile and pretty irredeemable. And no one has gone to the extent of the latter other than Shukla.

I agree... Shukla has definitely crossed many boundaries be it physical violence or verbal violence in the show. I have always maintained that. But lately I'm seeing even Asim, is provoking others a lot, while still trying to gain sympathy and acting a victim simultaneously. For ex. Asim's act of snorting, trying to indicate that Sid snorts drugs, to provoke Sid during their fight or spitting on his shoes and telling sid to come and lick... wasnt that crossing a line?

since Shukla know he cant get physical with Asim anymore in the show, he's retaliating to Asim's provocations, by crossing all boundaries of verbal vileness.... that's what i'm sensing now.

But I do hope that Rohit has knocked some good sense in both of their heads yesterday...
