How can roshni marry without talaak Or khula?

Talaash is of course required but if almaln gives talaq then there is whole halalal angle so tgy won't venture that far... Maybe khula?

I mean they can brush it off as contract... They did something similar in kzk2.. I have horrendous memories of that show I watched only for parth..

They have kept things lightly logical... Like when I find out first of someone bei g evil I wouldn't plan out things... Instead I would blurt it out... Next time she will plan maybe..

Ipk was fairly good coz they ended in a year... Dhaaga is kzk yaar

Well I think this is not a quintessential marriage , kabir has a motive (what? There is less clarity on this one) , roshni is under a spell , aman knows it well and he will protect roshni from kabir.....we still dont know how the marriages happen In jinn world 🤣 Like with Adah they said human and jinn cant marry..who is roshni then ? Human or jinn or someone else ? Aman is half jinn and kabir is a Jinn...so shadi n all we cant judge as per our societal rules 😆

i dont think they will get full divorce or she will marry anyone else...maybe he will just give one divorce and therefore they can remarry without halala

its only after 3 divorces you need halala
