I can think of no other explanation ehy they were cordial/ friendly in first 2 weeks🤔

Rashmi waise hai tubelight. Despite everything Paras did if she still believes he is a friend to her, I can totally understand why she might have been cordial with Shukla in the first two weeks especially since he too was not attacking her until that big roti fight.
