Yes she did not have much say when she joined colors but slowly over took Raj Uncle and he was made group finance head instead of programming.

Manisha did not sideline Rashmi, infact in DSDT was okay when Siddharth left.

Its a known fact that both Rashmi and Sid were favourites of top colors executives.

I don't know the internal politics but This blatant biasedness going on since foreve r and demotivating a youngster at the threshold of his career is completely unacceptable.

Its annoying to be helpless in this situation for us, imagine for the HMs.

Whichever fandom is tweeting this hashtag and trending are doing more harm to their respective celebrities . All these celebrities on twitter are just fuelling such fights for their own benefit , nothing else .
